Referral Submissions From Outside Brokers
We are committed to providing some of the most competitive rates in the industry, but that isn’t all our referral program has to offer. Since relationships are so vital to this industry, we also institute policies that are designed to help brokers feel secure with their referrals, and that means we have a lot of contacts that like to do repeat business with us.
One of our central tenets at BizCap Commercial Finance is the idea that your client is your client, no matter what. That means if they come to us, we will send them back, whether or not we picked up the project you submitted to us. If you want to refer them again, we welcome it, but we do not take business from our referrals’ clients directly.
